2. The product

The AI Career Pivot Map is a digital toolkit consisting of PDF and DOCX files. It is sold as a one-time purchase for personal use. After purchase, you receive an instant download link. Nothing is shipped. You are responsible for storing your files and keeping your download link safe.

3. License

When you purchase the toolkit, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own career planning. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or publicly distribute the files or any substantial part of them.
• Use the files to create a competing product or derivative work for commercial sale.
• Remove copyright notices, branding, or authorship information.
• Transfer your license to another person or entity without our written permission.

You may print copies for your own personal use and fill out the workbook for your own career mapping.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, text, methodology, prompts, and files are owned by The AI Career Pivot Map and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a license; it does not transfer ownership.

5. Account and security

If you create an account or submit information through the site, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider or jurisdiction.

The AI Career Pivot Map is a self-guided decision toolkit, not career coaching, recruitment, legal, financial, medical, immigration, or licensed professional advice. The toolkit helps you structure your own thinking and use AI as a drafting tool. You remain responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on what you create with it.

No outcome is guaranteed. We do not promise a specific job, salary increase, promotion, career change, consulting clients, or any other result. The value of the toolkit depends on how you use it and the real-world evidence you gather.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Career Pivot Map and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or toolkit, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated outputs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the toolkit.
