We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If The AI Career Pivot Map is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your order in full.
How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@aipivotmap.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We only ask that you tell us briefly what did not fit so we can improve the toolkit.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
What is covered
- All first-time purchases of the digital toolkit.
- Requests made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Accidental duplicate purchases.
What is not covered
- Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund.
- Resold, redistributed, or abused license files.
